AKA Active Conditioning Is the name of our main class. It combines a variety of weightlifting gymnastics strongman and some regular exercises that you may find in a normal gym setting. We combine these elements to get there to come up with workouts that will challenge you physically and also sometimes mentally.
Our conditioning classes may be of a short or long duration and in varying weeks end of intensity is as well which truly defines the meaning of functional fitness. Functional fitness training is by far one of the best ways to improve overall body strength.
Gymnastics is the control of your body weight. Gymnastics classes centre around a lot of boost weight movements that are look at isometric strength balance body awareness and ultimately the code to perform movements that will improve your ability to complete our functional fitness sessions.
Similar to the art of calisthenics, we will look at movement, strength of movement, locomotion, gymnastics endurance for all over body control.
Redline hit is our version of high-intensity interval training sessions. A Redline HIIT session goes for between 25 and 40 minutes. The movements in these classes are easy to do, simple to pick up and breathtaking towards the end of it.
You are guaranteed to raise your heart rate during a regular Redline HIIT class, sweat a fair bit and get that endorphin rush after class. You can go at your own pace, or work as hard as you can. You will only get out what you put into your session.
Private training is also available with our coaches. We are able to tailor your training sessions to suit your specific goals. Custom 1 on 1 personal training is ever popular and great if you have specific needs or goals that you would like to achieve. Work with an experienced trainer to build your confidence around the gym and you can then hit the ground running.
